Garment measurements may vary slightly within accepted manufacturing tolerances. Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.

To preserve the quality and longevity of our garments, customers should follow the care instructions provided on the garment label.

Shekinahwear shall not be responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, bleaching, ironing, drying, storage or handling after delivery.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All prices displayed on www.shekinahwear.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  •         Shipping charges are included in the product price for orders delivered within      India. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on              destination and displayed separately during checkout.

·       International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or similar charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Although every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, inadvertent pricing errors may occur.

If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, Shekinahwear reserves the right to:

If a payment is declined, reversed or remains unsuccessful, the related order may be cancelled without any liability on the part of Shekinahwear.

·       customs clearance may delay delivery;

18. FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY

If a shipment is returned to Shekinahwear because:

Where a returned shipment cannot reasonably be recovered or where recovery costs exceed the value of the product, no refund may be payable.
