Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders placed on www.shekinahwear.com may be cancelled, either by the customer or by Shekinahwear (operated by GBR Shekinah Enterprises).

2. Cancellation by the Customer

You may request cancellation of your order only before it has been packed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number via:

Once an order has been packed or handed over to our courier partner for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep a dispatched product, please refer to our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy for the applicable process instead.

3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, we send a WhatsApp message to verify your delivery address. If the address is not verified within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Cancellation by Shekinahwear

We reserve the right to cancel an order, in whole or in part, under circumstances including but not limited to:

· the product being unavailable or out of stock;
· a pricing or inventory error;
· suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
· failure of payment authorisation;
· an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address; or
· violation of our Terms of Service.

Where we cancel an order for any of the above reasons, we will notify you via email, SMS or WhatsApp, and process a full refund where payment has already been received.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where an order is cancelled — by either the customer or Shekinahwear — before dispatch, any amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

6. International Orders

For international orders, cancellation is only possible before the order has been dispatched. Once handed over to our courier partner, international orders are governed by the terms set out in our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy, and cancellation is no longer possible.

As international orders are currently handled on a limited, by-request basis, please contact us directly if you need to cancel or modify an international order.

7. Changes to This Policy

Shekinahwear reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
