About Shekinah Wear

  1. What makes Shekinah Wear different?
    We bring together faith-inspired design and genuinely premium fabric — 100% organic mercerized cotton that's soft, durable, and built to last, not just a graphic tee with a verse on it.
  2. What does "Shekinah" mean?
    It's a word used to describe the presence and glory of God. We chose it because that's what we want our apparel to reflect — light, hope, and purpose, worn every day.
  3. Are your designs based on Bible verses?
    Yes. Many designs draw from Scripture, faith, and Christian values — meant to encourage the wearer and spark real conversations.

Fabric & Fit

  1. Are your T-shirts made from organic cotton?
    Yes — our T-shirts and sweatshirts use premium organic cotton: soft, breathable, and grown responsibly.
  2. What is mercerized cotton?
    A special treatment that makes the cotton stronger, softer, and richer in color — and helps it keep that look and feel wash after wash.
  3. Will the print fade after washing?
    It shouldn't, if cared for properly. We use high-quality printing with strong colour fastness — just follow the care instructions on your garment tag for best results.
  4. Will my T-shirt shrink after washing?
    Very little — our fabric is shrinkage-controlled to under 2% when washed as recommended.
  5. How do I choose the right size?
    Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Between sizes? We'd suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
  6. How should I wash my T-shirt?
    Machine wash cold, inside out. Skip the bleach. Don't iron directly on the print. Tumble dry low or line dry.

Orders, Payment & Shipping

  1. What payment options do you offer?
    We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) — plus other options available through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.
  2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Yes, for eligible pin codes across India — with a ₹100 COD fee. We'll send a WhatsApp message to confirm your address; please verify within 48 hours, or the order will be cancelled.
  3. Do you ship across India?
    Yes, to most serviceable pin codes. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days in metro cities, 3–7 days in Tier 2/3 cities, and 5–10 days for remote locations.
  4. Do you ship internationally?

    We're currently focused on serving our customers across India, where we can offer the fastest delivery and most reliable service. International shipping is available on a limited basis for customers who reach out directly — please note that international orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, and courier clearance fees in your country, which can be significant and are the customer's responsibility. These charges vary widely by destination and are collected by the courier or your local customs authority, not by Shekinahwear.

  5. Are shipping charges included in the price?

Yes — for orders shipped within India, shipping is already included in the price you see at checkout. No extra shipping cost will be added for domestic orders.

For international orders, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery location. Please note: any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are separate and are the customer's responsibility.

  1. How long does shipping take?
    Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and dispatched via trusted courier partners. See Q12 and Q13 above for delivery timelines within India and internationally.
  2. Can I track my order?
    Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable — tags must be intact and the product unused.
  2. Can I exchange my T-shirt for a different size?
    Yes, subject to stock availability, within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  3. Can I cancel or get a refund?
    Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy for orders delivered within India — the product must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit) within 7–10 business days. For international orders, returns/exchanges aren't accepted due to shipping costs, but damaged, defective, or incorrect items are still eligible for a refund on the product value if reported within 48 hours of delivery.   2. Do you offer bulk or church group orders?
    Yes — we welcome bulk orders for churches, ministries, youth groups, schools, and Christian events. Reach out for custom pricing and design options.
